Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senior Living Aids. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic (UK) Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates
Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Please note your order may be despatched from either our warehouse, or our partner warehouse called ABLE 2. Whilst we make every effort to ship orders quickly, delays can occasionally occur
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) wherever possible. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Senior Living Aids is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Senior Living Aids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, please contact us and we will endeavour to find or replace the item at our discretion.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the the UK.
