 Moulded from cold cast polyurethane for increased postural control, the pressure relieving visco elastic foam insert protects the ischial tuberosity commonly referred to as the sitting bones for optimum pressure relief and long-term comfort.

• The lateral and posterior sides are slightly higher to stabilise the pelvis in position.
